PTA EVENTS-

1. MOVIE NIGHT FOLLOW-UP:
 a. recommendations for next year's movie night:  concession price increase, shorter movie, and more toys for the children.  The possibility of an earlier time was also discussed.

2. MARKET DAY FOLLOW-UP:
 a. the PTA thanks all volunteers who made this event a success!  However, more volunteers are needed in the future.
 b. bouncy house needs to be better marketed/ placed in next year's market day.
 c. a later time frame for the event was brought up during the meeting.  (ie. 10am-1pm vs. 8:30am- 12pm)
 d. market day coordinators have compiled a document with all recommended changes for next year.

3. UPCOMING EVENTS-
 a. BAKE SALE- FRIDAY, MAY 11TH.

 b. END OF YEAR PARTY- SATURDAY, MAY 26TH.

SCHOOL EVENTS-

1. NO SCHOOL MARCH 9TH (FRIDAY)

2. PARENT/ TEACHER CONFERENCES- FRIDAY, MARCH 23RD.

3. SPRING BREAK- APRIL 6-13.

TREASURER'S REPORT-
 a. Income derived from after school activities and movie night.
 b. There were more expenses last month than income due to: after school rental, pizza day, and activity instructor fees.
 

PRINCIPAL'S REPORT-
 a. There may be some changes starting next year regarding after school activities.  FFK teachers will be teaching classes such as arts, sports, etc..
 b. March 8th is the due date for registration slips for next year.
 c. Summer school registration fees are due on April 2nd.  Dismissal time MAY BE changed to 2:30pm.
 d. Tuition for next SY is due on June 1st.  Sibling discount has been changed from 10% to 20%.
