1. AFTER SCHOOL ACTIVITIES – Spring 2012 (Status)
2. MOVIE NIGHT – Friday, February 24, 2012 (6pm~8:30pm)
a. Movie Night will take place at the Italian Club, one floor below the assembly hall.  
b. Movie "Jungle Book" will be shown.  There will be an entrance fee of KRW 5,000 per person (children under 24 months are free)
c. Available food that night will be popcorn (KRW 1,000) and soft drinks (KRW 1,000) juice (KRW 1,000).
d. Volunteers so far: Laura and Tua.  Ryanghee will donate paper cups for popcorn.
3. MARKET DAY – Saturday, March 3, 2012

a. Donations for Raffle and Silent Auction have been collected: wine/ beer, hotel stay (Millenium Hilton, Grand Hilton,

and Grand Hyatt), gym membership, and pilates training for one month.

b. There will be kids activities during market day- bouncy castle at the parking lot as well as face painting.  Volunteers needed-

sign up sheet posted on the school board.

4. BOOK FAIR – Friday, April 20, 2012

a. Discussion of having only one book fair a year arose, as past experience has shown that the Spring Book Fair is not nearly as

well attended as Fall Book Fair. 

There is also a concern about getting volunteers since there are several other PTA events occurring around the same time that

will require volunteers

b. If the company agrees to cancel the spring book fair, one idea was for the company to set up a table during market day….?

TREASURER'S REPORT - 
a. Income derived from Pizza Day, uniform sales, playground rental, and after school activities.
b. There was only one expense for last month- Pizza Day (pizza, juice, and fruit purchase)
