Dear Parents,

The school Sports Day will take place at Seoul Forest, next Friday, September 30th. This is a half day for all children.    If it is raining we will have a normal full school day.

MORNING SCHEDULE

w   The entire school (students and staff) will depart on the buses at 9:00 a.m. sharp and proceed to Seoul Forest.

w   Please have children in their classrooms by 8:45 a.m. If you are running late or if your children will be unable to attend because of illness, please phone the office and let us know.

AFTERNOON SCHEDULE

Buses will depart Seoul Forest at 12.10

BUS KIDS

Bus kids will be seated on their usual school buses with their usual bus monitors at Seoul Forest and will leave for home directly from Seoul Forest. Please have your phone switched on and ready for call from the bus monitor from 12.00  The bus monitor will phone you about 5 minutes before they arrive at your stop.

ALL OTHERS

All other children will return to Franciscan school on the two hired coaches. We hope to be back at the school by 12.30. The coaches will stop outside the Ilshin Building. (Large black glass building beside the school.) Please pick your child up directly from the buses in front of Ilshin Building. At pick up time we will keep the children on the bus until we can hand them directly to the parent or guardian. Friday is a Yellow parking day so please bear in mind that there is unlikely to be parking space in the school car park. Cars cannot be left parked in the carpark after morning drop off time.  (There is paid parking available in the Ilshin building for 2000 won per 30 minutes). I will be helping staff dispatch children from the buses to their waiting parents.

If you have not already done so, please notify our office by the end of this week if your child will not be attending Sports Day.
