2. CHRISTMAS PARTY - Mandy Jenkins & Laura Larkin
a. The Christmas Party will take place on Saturday, Dec 3, 11am - 2pm, At the Italian Club
b. Magician is
booked as entertainment
c. Volunteer for
Santa is needed.
d. Volunteer for
Face Painting – Seeking for parents volunteer but if we don’t have anyone, we
can book art teacher which will cost KRW 50,000
e. Please sign up to
help with the planning committee

for setting up the room for the party on Dec. 2

3. PIZZA DAYS - Jane You & Hyunsun Chun
a. Pizza Days for
November are Friday, Nov 4 and 18.
b. Refunds will not
be given if the student misses pizza day
c. Money is not
transferrable if pizza day is missed for any reason
SCHOOL EVENTS
1. SCHOOL PHOTOS - Ms. Fraser

finalized package and price will be shared at the end of next week by Ms.
Fraser
(School group, Class
group, Individual, Passport size, and Digital copy will be available)
2. THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY - Ms Fraser
a. Thanksgiving
Holiday will be on Thursday-Friday, Nov 24 & 25
b. Thusrday, Nov 24
is 1/2 Day, and school will be closed on Friday.
3. NOVEMBER / DECEMBER ASSEMBLY – Ms. Fraser
- Nov/ Dec Assembly
will take place on Friday, December 2
4. SANTA CLASSROOM VISITS / CHRISTMAS CONCERT
a. The Christmas
Concert as well as Santa classroom visits will be on Friday Dec 16
b. Volunteer need to
be Santa and visit each class
c. PTA gift to
students ideas are welcome!
